Mert Baydemir, Hotel Manager & Managing Director
As the son of the founding Baydemir family, Mert Baydemir grew up with Hotel Bomonti – and today continues the family’s tradition of hospitality with passion and dedication.
Since August 2024, he has been responsible for the operational management of our hotel as Hotel Manager. In December 2025, he additionally took over the role of Managing Director.
